Interview conducted by Katuska Serrano as part of the LDS Hispanic American Oral History Project by the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 9 July 1991. Garcia talks about growing up in Tooele, Utah, his experiences as a Mormon, and the advantages and disadvantages of Spanish-speaking branches.
